Booking Process

From the moment you contact us about your Costa Rica vacation plans, we work closely with you to put together the perfect Costa Rica vacation! We’ll make sure that you are satisfied with the hotels based on your preference and budget.  We will provide you with suggestions and ideas to thoroughly inform you of your options.  During the entire process we will provide you with our best knowledge for the best results. Here is a basic, step-by-step breakdown of a typical consulting and booking process:

1. Consulting – We listen to your interests, preferences and needs for your vacation.  We will also make suggestions and recommendations along the way. Because we listen to you, Enjoy Costa Rica is able to consult you and provide you with a customized itinerary that will exceed your expectations.
2. Reservations – Once the proposed itinerary and quote is approved by you, we will make your reservations directly with the service providers in Costa Rica. Once everything is confirmed, we will send you your final itinerary and proposed costs.
3. Booking – Upon agreeing on your final itinerary, you will need to send us payment either via credit card or via a wire transfer. We reconfirm all pertinent reservations for you and once all reservations are in place, process your payment.
4. Confirmation Vouchers – A couple of days after processing your payment, we will send you your confirmation vouchers together with a summary of all reservations. Upon presenting your vouchers in Costa Rica, you will be recognized as a guest of Enjoy Costa Rica and will receive the service as indicated.
